what weekend?

So I only messed up two times at the wrestling tourney but it was during finals at the end of the day so the coaches were less than happy w/ me. We did get out in record time (6:30 I think). JD's scored some points in his bball games and we'll go back to Lindsborg for a game tomorrow. The kids were pumped because Dee took them for lunch at the Stuga which is the best place to eat (and drink) in Lindsborg. I missed it.
Last night at the game, a bunch of Stoney's former football players honored him because he just finished his final year as head football coach. It was a total surprise for him. This season he won his 101 game at South High. The Cougars also won their first bball game. good since we face Central on Monday.

I was training someone new to score and was paying attention to them so forgot the clock the first few times. Big varsity meet in two weeks. Back at it and despite the snow we are having they are behaving well. How long will it last????

I'm sure no one yelled at you or anything when yiou forgot to start the clock. They are usually pretty polite, aren't they? I reffed Hutch MS games Monday night. A little exercise! Also doing Thursday, plus HS JV games on Friday. Then I am judging a debate tourney on Sat. in Sterling. Mrs. Bowie asked me to. Should be fun, but it is a busy week. KIds have been good at school, except for the class of juniors at the end of the day who prompted me to ask how I could teach frosh all day and yet the most immature boys are in that class.

Hope the week goes well for everyone.

The Sterling debate coach's husband, Travis Feil, is one of my journalism teacher friends. If you see him tell him hi! I saw Steph tonight at the bball game.

AH, the Stuga. Nothing like barbecue sauce and potato chips!
