On my run this morning I expected to see mobs of crying people and gnashing of teeth and blood in the streets but it was mostly clear. So glad they won!
Pretty amazing game. Linda L. came over and we ate and talked and she was pretty much cheering on the Jayhawks for most of the game. By the end she came around and was O.K with the Wildcats winning. This morning when Cindy dropped off Braden and Taylor I ran out to her car with a box of Kleenex, but she already had a full box right there on the dashboard and was using one as I was talking to her. It was time for a K-State win. But know KU can continue winning too so they can keep their ranking. You all take care and let the warmth begin anytime now.
so far in 2009: 210.5 miles week 12 10 miles week 11 10 miles week 10 17 miles week 9 20 miles week 8 17 miles week 7 14 miles week 6 12.5 mile week 5 14.25 miles week 4 13.4 miles week 3 12.5 miles week 2 10.5 miles week 1 9.5

Well, you knew the letdown was coming. You just hope you can weather it. The Cats couldn't quite do it today.
