The email at school was down all day which peeved me. You forget how much you depend on it. I also needed it because I had fellow journalism teachers send me links to their podcasts for a powerpoint for my KWU class. I was going to research College Recruiting and Facebook but Facebooks blocked at school where I have powerpoint, plus the research wasn't going well. Podcasting in the Classroom is going much smoother and has inspired me to do some of it with my journalism students.
Instead of a paper this month my newspaper staff has been producing multimedia presentations. They are doing pretty good on them. Here's the link if you want to see.
Yesterday my little brother, Darrel, came by school. He was in town for a meeting and surprised me. That was cool.
Today my friend from school had her baby, Max David Riggert. Imagine having Feb. 29 as your birthday. She didn't want to have him today, but I'm sure she's happy.
Sue and I ran & walked 2 miles this evening. She hasn't ran on the street for awhile but I thought she did great!!
