I've been getting up and running with Dee (he walks) at 6:45 a.m. It's not the ideal time to run, but until things slow down, it's the only way I can get running into my schedule. this morning was the only day this week that I haven't gotten up because I knew I could run tonight. Tonight Kaylee and I came home from the church and she wanted to ride her bike while I ran. She either thought I was too slow or she just felt sorry for me, but she put her bike away and jogged to the school and back with me. She did pretty good and walked just a couple of times.
Today, my plunge pal, Sue, and I ate at Pizza Hut for lunch and we both just had salad. No buffet, just a salad. What kind of will power is that?

what?? You only had a salad?!? Very impressive!! Today was super super busy. Ran to Ellsworth for about 2 hours. My friend had to interview a judge for her class, so mom set up something w/Judge Svaty. Then it was right back to KWU for football game, sga meeting, and rehearsal. Fun times...ugh! haha! Later!
We actually get up at 5:45 AM, not 6:45. I want credit for rolling my ass out of bed an hour-and-a-half earlier than I had been...

I wondered how she ran, cleaned up and got to work on time. Still got all of you beat by going at 5. Maybe that pool will get passed and you can start swimming laps. I like the mornings:dark, cool and less people on the streets to run
Was wondering the same thing. Running at 6:45 when school starts I believe around 7:30. I am impressed with all of you. Course you all know I lost about 20 pounds 10 months ago but it was a heck of a way to do it. Like Linda M. says it gets harder the older you get so am trying to keep it off. Enjoy hearing how you all are doing with this weight loss. Sure you all will look great come next July 4th. Aunt Linda
